Tanzania has been making notable strides in tech-driven coffee farming, with some farms now using solar-powered IoT sensors to monitor soil moisture, sunlight, and pest activity—part of a broader push toward innovation and sustainability. And while the technology evolves, the coffee remains exceptional—known for its vibrant acidity, rich body, and delicate, wine-like overtones.

Medium Roast, Natural Process. In the natural process, only the ripest coffee cherries are picked, and the drying process can take up to four weeks. The cherries are dried in their entirety, with the fruit still intact, on raised beds under the sun. They are turned regularly to ensure even drying, promote airflow, and prevent spoilage. After drying, the cherries are stored in conditioning bins until they are hulled right before shipment.
