SWISS WATER PROCESS, DECAF COFFEE BEANS
Though these beans are decaffeinated, they've managed to surprise us with all of their other qualities. There's a heavy emphasis on aromatics, flavor, & texture, so we've nicknamed this one our Brutalist Decaf.

At a Medium roast, these beans are bright, floral, creamy and pretty sweet thanks to the Swiss water decaffeination process which removes the caffeine with no chemicals at all.
